New Novelty Agate Exporters [NNAE], was established way back in 1979, by an enterprising young entrepreneur Mr. Hasib A. Mansuri. Observing the creative talent of the artisan families, and the potential of the material like agate, he set about organizing them and letting the world know of the sum. NNAE has been exporting these items, for over the last twenty years even to the highly competitive and discerning markets like U.S.A., Canada, U.K., Germany, etc. Even with stiff international competition from countries like Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, China and the Philippines, NNAE has been able to hold its own, for the sheer beauty of its workmanship. Situated in the historic port city of Cambay, long known for its agate-work, NNAE now has around 100 artisans to deliver its wares worldwide in stipulated time limit.
